Ingredients:
A bottle of El Aprendiz wine red
250ml milk
300ml cream
4 egg yolks
15 gr of sugar
1 stick of cinnamon
Elaboration:
We make a wine reduction. We put the wine and the sprig of cinnamon to boil for 40 or 50 minutes. We reserve the mixture in the fridge.
Pour the milk and cream in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they fit. Add it to the Pan that we have on the fire until it thickens slightly (that the mixture does not boil).
Let the mixture cool and join the wine in this preparation.
Put the mixture in the freezer. Once every hour (3 or 4 times) we have to remove it from the freezer and stir so that crystals do not form.
When you want to consume it, we remove it from the freezer, we serve it and... enjoy!
