Recipe for 4 persons
Ingredients
Sliced bread (the day before)
100 ml of wine Flor de Páramo sweet
1L of milk
40 Gr. Sugar
1L oil olive
Lemon peel
2 cinnamon sticks
2 eggs
Cinnamon
Suggar glass
Preparation
1. Heat the wine and milk in a saucepan.
2. When the mixture boils, added sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon sticks. Let it boil for a few minutes and then wait for the mixture to cool.
3. In a frying pan add enough olive oil for frying.
4. Beat eggs
5. We take the mixture that we had stopped cooling and we then cover the hard bread (cut into slices) a few seconds in the mix we have done. Then we pass the pan egg and fry in very hot oil on both sides.
6. According to the “torrijas” are frying, we will placed in a tray with paper towel to remove excess oil.
7. Repeat with all “torrijas”.
8. Finally, add cinnamon and sugar glass up the “torrijas”.
